| 中文摘要 | 本研究係以己二酸和二乙二醇合成之多羥基樹脂(Polyol)、芳香族聚異氰酸鹽(PTDI)、硝化纖維素(NC)等為原料,在NCO/OH莫耳比為1.2,PU/NC重量比為70/30及固形分為40%之條件下,以2種連續式及1種同步式之製備程序,共分3種不同的組成分添加次序,合成PU-NC半互穿聚合體網狀結構物(Semi-IPNs)作為木器塗料,探討製備程序對塗料及塗膜性質之影響。試驗結果發現,方法B即Polyol先與PTDI摻合後再添加NC次序者(Polyol→PTDI→NC),有最適合木器塗裝作業之塗料性質,但其塗膜較硬且脆、耐光性最差;方法C即所有組成分同時混合者為一較軟韌的塗膜,但其塗膜耐光性最佳;方法A即NC先與PTDI摟合再添加Polyol次序者(NC→PTDI→Polyol),塗料性質尚能符合木器之塗裝作業,而各種塗膜性質也最為均衡,可適用為木器塗料。又三種方法之塗膜附著性、冷熱循環之塗膜耐久性均極優良;經耐溶劑性分析結果,三種方法之PU與NC均有互穿效果產生,然其互穿程度以方法A者為最高。 |
| 英文摘要 | The PU-NC semi-interpenetrating polymer networks (semi-IPNs) made from adipic acid and diethylene glycol based polyol, aromatic polyisocyanate (PTDI), and nitrocellulose (NC) under NCO/OH=1.2 (molar ratio), PU/NC=70/30 (by weight), and solid content=40 %, were prepared by sequential and simultaneous polymerization method respectively for wood coatings. To investigate the effects of manufacturing processes on the properties of PU-NC semi-IPNs wood coatings, three kinds of manufacturing processes were examined in this study. The results showed that PU-NC semi-IPNs by the B method i.e. Polyol→PTDI→NC sequence had the best performance of coating adapting to wood finishing procedure, but with a hard, brittle and worst lightfastness film. While method C i.e. with simultaneous mixing of all components, possessed a ductile film, and the best lightfastness among all of the films. Semi-IPNs by the method A i.e. NC→PTDI→Polyol sequence had an excellent performance and more balance on properties of coatings and films and would be suitable for wood coatings. Meanwhile, all kinds of coatings had an excellent adhesion and durability of films, and the interpenetrating between PU and NC also could be proofed by solvent extraction. The results also indicated method A had the highest degree of interpenetrating between PU and NC. |
