中文摘要 | OECD/PISA其在內在普遍架構是國際間同意的,不僅代表一種新的承諾,亦是靠著OECD組織內的各國,監督教育系統中學生成就的產出。而其評量結果每三年出版,這將對教育改革與學校進步有所幫助與激勵,並提供在國際層次之教育系統效能的評量與監督。OECD/PISA含概三個領域:閱讀、數學、科學能力。 本文焦點在於「數學」與「科學」能力。該計畫著手進行不久,主要閱讀部分的評量於八十九年進行,其報告於九十年四月出爐,而以數學和科學部分為主的評量報告也分別將於九十二年與九十五年完成。此一評量可提供我國借鏡,亦可提供目前九年一貫課程進行評量時之省思,藉以了解目前國小學與科學教育所珍視之基本能力是否包含PISA所要評量的內涵。最後從PISA評量的意義與結果,提出對我國數學與科學教育的建議。 |
英文摘要 | OECD/PISA represents a new commitment by the governments of OECD countries to monitor the outcomes of education systems in terms of student achievement, within a common framework that is internationally agreed. The results of the OECD assessments, to be published every three years along with other indicators of education systems, will along national policy makers to compare the performance of their education systems, will allow countries. OECD/PISA will cover reading literacy, mathematical literacy and scientific literacy. This essay focuses the "mathematics" and "science" literacy. This Program has begun in 1999, and has been implemented in 2000. This major domain-reading literacy has been reported on April in 2000. Others including mathematical literacy and scientific literacy will be finished in 2003 and 2006. This assessment may be a reference framework for mathematics and science education. This can supply a kind of evaluation model for the mathematical literacy and scientific literacy in the 6-15 Articulated Curriculum Syllabus. It helps us to reflect the value literacy in mathematics and science domain between OECD/PISA and the 6-15 Articulated Curriculum Syllabus. Finally, the author advances some suggestions from the implication and results of the OECD/PISA. |
