中文摘要 | 本研究採用自然探究法,目的在暸解大津融合中小學實驗班,從87年6月1日籌備開始至89年8月底,兩年多之發展和實施過程,以及分析其實施成效和遭遇到的困難,藉此探究實施融合教育的相關因素與策略,供主管教育行政與學校教育人員執行政策之參考。 在大津融合中小學實驗班的發展和實施過程方面,研究者從設立緣起、教育理念和 目標、空間和設備、人員結構、課程教學與評量、生活教育與行為輔導、以及人員的準備、參與和活動幾個方面作討論。另外,研究者從過程和結果兩個角度來看大津融合中小學實驗班的成效,過程從課程教學與評量、生活教育與行為輔導、行政資源的提供、人員的準備、參與和互動這四個方面來探討;至於結果則從實驗班之教學目標來評估,即尊重、關懷、學習、和合作。由實驗班的實施經驗歸納出融合教育成功的條件包括教師成長、課程調整、自主和多元評量、環境及制度的配合、行政支援、教師間合作、以及家長溝通。研究者進一步提出對大津融合中小學實驗班、主管教育行政與學校教育人員實施融合教育、以及未來研究的建議o |
英文摘要 | In Taiwan, inc1usive education is at initial stage; namely, only very few studies were conducted especially at preschool stage. Right now, an alternative school, named as‘'Ta-Chin Primary and Secondary Class Experimented on Inclusive Education" for elementary and secondary students was set up on August 1998. This research proposal adopting naturalistÌc inquiry intended to serve the following three purposes: (1)understanding the development and implementation process of Ta-Chin Primary and SecondaryClass Experimented on Inclusive Education; (2) analyzing the effects of critical elements of inclusive educationimplemented in Ta-Chin Inclusive School; (3) understanding the difficulties and problems faced by Ta-Chin Primary and Secondary Class Experimented on Inclusive Education. Through this study results, we can further explore the factors related with the effects of inclusive education and strategies to implement inclusive education. |
