| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討康寧護專幼兒保育科高年級學生自覺教學能力具備的程度及對 於教學能力相對重要性的判斷。實施過程為收集有關托兒所或幼稚園的教學能力資料,評估後確 立教學能力的調查項目,參考陳秀才(民 88)所歸納的 15 項幼稚園教學能力其中最後一 項打擊樂器能力更改為課室管理能力。然後設計問卷調查幼保科日間部二年級學生、夜間部 三年級學生對托兒所或幼稚園教學能力之知覺情形,發給他們填寫問卷。受試者依十五項教 學能力認為已具備、需加強、未具備等填寫,以及依重要性排序 1-15 的資料,經輸入電腦 ,以 SPSS 10.0 版進行統計分析。調查結果的資料顯示,日間部二年級學生以及夜間部三 年級學生自覺需加強課程設計、領導、行為輔導、課室管理、電腦操作、溝通、應變、彈琴 等教學能力。調查結果,很明顯可看出日間學生比夜間部學生需多多加強教學能力之實務經 驗,因為經驗之不足,日間部二年級學生對很多教學能力沒有太多信心,這是值得幼保科教 師關心的,期能提供教學方式與課程設計參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to survey the teaching competences of the students of the Early Childhood Education and Care Department at Kang-Ning Junior College and to compose which teaching competence is most important for them. The researcher used a questionnaire, which was designed by Shiow-tasi Chen in 1999 to survey student's perception about the teaching competences. Among the two kinds of students, their perception in teaching competences about "already prepared", "need to be enhanced", or "not prepared" are significantly different. Therefore, I realize that the perception of the teaching competences of most in-service students are better than the other students. As a result, the teachers of college need to enhance the related course about the teaching competences, and some suggestions to improve the future child care givers and teachers. |
