中文摘要 | 本研究在探討本校五專部學生實行健康生活型態之現況,以作為開設「健康促進 與健康行為」課程之前置評估。問卷採用 Pender 等人所研發的健康促進生活型態表進行調 查,研究對象為本校護理科與資訊管理科學生,年齡分布在 15-20 歲之間,分層集束抽樣 ,並發放 393 份問卷,有效問卷為 358 份,達 91.09%。問卷內容包括「健康責任」、「 自我實現」、「壓力管理」、「人際支持」、「營養」及「運動」等六項因素 研究結果發現:1. 本校五專部學生的健康生活型態平均得分屬中上程度,其中以「人際支 持」得分最高,其次依序為「自我實現」、「壓力管理」與「營養」、「運動」、最低的是 「健康責任」,2. 家庭功能程度愈佳者其健康生活型態平均得分愈高,3. 自覺健康狀況愈 佳者其健康生活型態中的「自我實現」平均得分愈高,4. 護理科學生較資管科學生在「健 康責任」與「壓力管理」有較高得分。 由研究結果我們認為,開設「健康促進與健康行為」課程確實有需要,並應進一步規劃課程 內容。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to carry out a preliminary assessment for the new curriculum of health-promotion and behavior. To know the students'behavior related to healthy lifestyle, 358 subjects aged 15-20 were chosen from the target population using a stratified cluster semi-randomly sampling process, and self-reported questionnaire was administered by employing HPLP (Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile) developed by Pender et al (1987). The results indicate:1.The average HPLP score of the entire sample is over the median level, and the highest score in the HPLP is "interpersonal support", followed by "self-actualization", "stress management","nutrition", and "exercise" while the lowest score falls in the category of "health responsiblility". 2.Those who perceived better family function also performed better in healthy lifestyle. 3.Those who have better positive perception on health status have higher scores on self-actualization for healthy lifestyle. 4.Comparing the lifestyle on health between the nursing students and the information management students, nursing students demonstrate both better "health responsibility" and "stress management". These findings support the goal of designing a curriculum to promote healthy behavior and lifestyle for our students. |
