| 中文摘要 | 本試驗的目的在評估母豬飼糧中添加digested bacterial cell powder (DCBP)對母豬繁殖與窩仔豬性能之影響。選用36頭二產次母豬逢機分配至三個試驗處理組:(1)對照組:餵飼玉米-大豆粕為主飼糧;(2)對照組飼糧中添加DBCP每頭母豬每天餵飼300mg;(3)對照組飼糧中添加DBCP每頭母豬每天餵飼600mg。玉米-大豆務飼糧,其懷孕期與泌乳期分別含有13.5%、16.0%蛋白質和0.62%、0.91%離胺酸。DBCP先以玉米澱粉稀釋後,再以外加法(top-dressing)每天與對照組飼糧混合均勻飼餵母豬。 試驗結果顯示,母豬飼糧中添加DBCP兩處理組,其平均山生活仔豬體重顯著的(p<0.05)比對照組為重.而出生仔豬數、出生活仔豬數以及平均出生窩重,各處狂組之間差異不顯著(p>0.05),但添加DBCP兩處理組皆有高於對照組之趨勢。同樣地情形,母豬飼糧中添加DBCP兩處理組,其離乳仔豬數,離乳前育成率、平均離乳窩重以及平均離乳仔豬體動皆有高於對照組之趨勢。而泌乳期仔豬下刻發生率各處理組之間差異不顯著(p>0.05)。 本試驗結果證實,每頭母豬飼糧中每日添加300 mg DBCP可增加0.93頭離乳仔豬,而每頭母豬飼糧中每日添加600 mg DBCP則增加0.5頭離乳仔豬。因此,在懷孕及泌乳期母豬飼糧中以每天添加300mg DBCP較佳。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study was conducted to determine the effect of dietary digested bacterial cell powder (DCBP) supplementation on sow reproductive and litter performance. Thirty-six, second parity, crossbred sows were assigned randomly and equally to one of the following three dietary treatments; (1) corn-soybean meal control diet, (2) control diet supplemented with 300 mg DBCP per head per day, and (3) control diet supplemented with 600 mg DBCP per head per day. The corn-soybean meal control diet contained 13.5% or 16.0% crude protein and 0.62% or 0.91% total lysine during the gestation and lactation periods, respectively. DBCP was diluted in cornstarch and provided to sows by top-dressing throughout the gestation and lactation periods. The results of this experiment indicated that the average live piglet weight at birth was significantly higher in the DBCP treated groups than in the control group (p<0.05). In the DBCP treated groups, the number of piglets born, the number of piglets born alive, and the average live litter weight at birth tended to be higher than in the control group, although the differences were not significant (p>0.05). As well , at weaning, the number of piglets, the percentage survival rate, the average litter weight, and the average piglet in the DBCP treated groups also tended to be higher (p>0.05) than in the control group,. The percentage of diarrhea morbidity was not significantly different among the three dietary treatments (p>0.05). The data indicated that supplementation of DBCP with 300 mg/head/day to sow diets during gestation and lactation resulted in 0.93 more piglets weaned (p>0.05). If more DBCP (600 mg/head/day) was supplemented, the improvement was lowered to 0.5 more piglets weaned. Therefore, the supplementation of DBCP with 300 mg/head/day to sow diets is preferred. |
