中文摘要 | 「雙噴嘴染色機」是在國內由亞磯合司首創之雙重噴嘴,因在每一次循環時間內可以由前、後噴嘴重複噴液,因此產生了兩倍之染被接觸效益,故可縮短製程時間,降低染助劑及水洗的使用量,進而減少每缸廢水量的排放,更甚之用電、人力的節省寞是無法估計,真正達到為環保而設計之目的。其可調整染液於染缸內流量分佈,讓織物之排列更順暢,減少亂流,提高染布率,而達到低浴比、省能源之目標。 省能源實驗方面上,由實驗得知針對單一染程,最佳的省能源比率(在非升溫段的製程中,當□速為40Hz時)可以萬達33%的省電度,而且染色品質良好。 在低浴比實驗中,我們在生產線上的實際染色結果得知,其最小浴比已達到1:6,且染色品質不錯;我們比較傳統的浴比量,其可以做到省水、省助劑量、省蒸汽量、省冷卻水量及省廢水排放量,真正達到環保的目的。 |
英文摘要 | Dual-nozzle jet-flow dyeing machine is new in Taiwan. Compare with the traditional nozzle, dual-nozzle type has two times of flow capacity. Because it has two times of squeezing contact between fabric and dyeing liquid in a cycle, we will obtain more advantages such as cutting down dyeing time, decreasing the need of auxiliaries and water, reducing waste water, etc. We could save the power and manpower as well. We can achieve environmental protection by using low liquid-ratio and saving energy consumption. Experiments in practical cycle, pump speed is 40Hz for constant temperature, show that power saving is up to 33%. The dyed product is in good quality. In addition, we manage the liquid ratio down to 1 :6. Compared with the traditional liquid ratio, we could save more things, such as water, auxiliaries, steam, cooling water, wastewater, etc. All of these contribute significantly to environmental protection. |
