中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討民國八十九年臺北市各國小資優生入班觀察活動的實施方式,以提供未來設計資優生入班觀察活動的建議。研究資料的來源包含問卷調查臺北市國小資優資源班之80名資優教師及訪談9位資優教師。研究工具則包括自編之「國小資優生入班觀察活動實施狀況意見調查」問卷及「國小資優生入班觀察活動實施狀況」訪談題綱。 主要的研究發現有:(1)郭靜姿教授所設計之觀察活動參考架構優於各校往年的觀察方式且確實有助於資優教師設計觀察活動;(2)目前各校的觀察活動實施多採合作的方式;(3)教師較重視的觀察活動向度為能力特質、呈現的材料性質、訊息接收方式及反應方式;(4)教師認為應觀察的重要能力或特質依序為創造能力、成就動機、專注性、主動性、問題解決、分析、推理和理解等能力。研究者除了針對研究結果提出資優生觀察的具體建議外,並根據文獻及實務運作的結果發展一適合國內資優生入班觀察活動的架構。 |
英文摘要 | This study explored the way of observation for identifying gifted students at the elementary school in Taipei by surveying 80 teachers and interviewing 9 teachers who taught gifted students. Results showed that (1) the reference observation framework is helpful for teachers to design observation activities; (2) most of the teachers collaborate with each other to observe gifted students; (3) students abilities and characteristics, materials, the ways for students to receive information and to response were considered important by teachers when developing observation activities; (4) students abilities of creativity, concentration, problem-solving, analysis, reasoning and comprehension and motivation of achievement were considered important to identify gifted students. Implications for teachers to develop feasible strategies for observing gifted students are discussed. The author also develops an observation framework for teachers to design observation activities for identifying gifted students. |
