中文摘要 | 當兒童閱讀兒童文學,兒童文學會帶來歡愉、想像、間接經驗,人類行為的洞察力,以及人類共同的經驗(Huck, Hepler, Hickman, & Kiefer, 1997)。由於這些價值,兒立文學無論對兒童口語或讀寫發展,都扮演非常重要的角色。許多研究也都證實,兒童文學對提昇兒童全面讀寫能力的價值。 本文介紹一些影響兒童對文學反應之因素: 1.讀者反應之理論。 2.讀者閱讀的書(text):a、長度;b、格式;c、組織結構;d、故事風格;e、內容類型;f、文法難易;g、可預測句型;h、字詞選擇。 3.學童之背景:a、年紀;b、性別;c、生理發展;d、認知發展;e、語言發展;f、道德發展;g、個性發展。 4.問題討論。 5.影響讀者反映的三方面:a、知識面;b、策略面;c、價值面。 兒童文學的許多特色與價值,使它成為從兒童到青少年-無論年紀與程度-絕佳的讀物。作者也對如何在臺灣國小用兒童文學教學提出一些建議。 |
英文摘要 | Children’s literature brings enjoyment, imagination, vicarious experience, insight into human behavior and universality of experience whenever children read books (Huck, Hepler, Hickman, & Kiefer, 1997). Owing to these values, children’s literature plays a very important role in all aspects of oral language role in all aspects of oral language and literacy development. Many researchers also approved the value of using children’s literature to enhance children’s overall literacy abilities. There are some factors which influence one’s response to literature: A. the theory of reader’s response, B. what one reads-text, which includes: a)passage length, b)text formats, c)organizational structure or coherence, d)engaging style, e)type of content, f)grammatical complexity, g)predictable sentence patterns, h)word choices. C. one’s background: a)age, b)gender, c)physical development, d)cognitive development, e)language development, f)moral development, g)personality development. D. the discussion of questions. E. three dimensions affecting reader’s response. The may characteristics and values of children’s literature make it a superior medium for children and adolescents of all gages and levels to read. The author also makes some suggestions for using children’s literature in elementary schools in Taiwan. |
