中文摘要 | 在本論文中我們利用全域搜尋區塊比對演算法來設計一個應用於光學滑鼠上的單一低功率移動估計處理器,在邏輯層級上改善處理器的架構,以降低單一模組的消耗功率,並且還利用多工器內建測試電路以增加晶片的可觀測性及可控制性,此顆晶片我們使用0.35 μm 1P4M的CMOS製程來完成設計,晶片面積大小為1.5×1.5mm²,晶片最高工作頻率可達100MHz,消耗功率為4.18mWatt。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, we have implemented a low-power motion estimation processor based on full search block-matching algorithm for application to optical mouse system. The processor is designed in module methodology by modifying its architecture in logic level to reduce the power consumption and is added built-in test circuits by using multiplexers to increase the observability and controllability. The chip is fabricated based on 0.35μm, 1P4M, CMOS technology process and its layout size is 1.5×1.5²mm. Experimentally, the chip can work up to 100MHz and consume the power dissipation lower to 4.18mWatt. |
