中文摘要 | 本文旨在研究負載模型對台電輸電系統中過電流保護電驛設定之影響。採用五種適於台電系統之負載模型:(1)靜態ZIP模型、(2)動態Motor模型、(3)複合模型、(4)PTI IEEE模型、(5)指數模型,探討當發生事故時負載特性對過電流電驛設定之影響,以作為系統保護協調設定之依據。主要是利用故障電流設定過電流電驛之電流分接頭(Tap)設定值,並繪製其特性曲線以便電驛快速設定,及分析電驛受負載模型的影響。研究結果顯示以PTI IEEE模型最精確且最接近台電實際值,故PTI IEEE模型較適合於台電系統。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of load models on the setting of the overcurrent relay in the transmission line for Taipower system. Five suitable load models for the Taipower system are adopted here in order to discuss the effect of the load characteristics on the setting of the overcurrent relay at the time of the incident, as a basis for setting the system coordination: (1) Static ZIP model; (2) Dynamic Motor model; (3) Composite load model; (4) PTI IEFF model; (5) Exponential mode. The main conce4rn is using fault current to set relay Tap changer, and drawing the characteristic curve to discuss the effect of load models on their setting. Results show that the PTI IEEE load model is the most accurately and approximately correlation with Taipower actual values. Therefore the PTI IEEE load model is more appropriate to be adopted for the Taipower system. |
