中文摘要 | 組織認同是組織行為中相當重要的研究議題之一,但是過去的研究對組織認同的概念仍有許多部份未能加以釐清,且組織研究者對其定義與內涵亦有許多部份未達共識。本文的目的即試圖從組織認同的理論基礎談起,進一步對組織認同的概念本質加以討論與澄清,提出與組織認同構念有關的三個定義與七個命題,進而建構出組織認同的概念模式,作為未來實徵研究的基礎。 |
英文摘要 | Organizational identification is long an important issue for organizational researchers, but the concept of organizational identification, including its definition and nature, still remains to be clarified. The purpose of this research is to discuss this issue, starting from the related theories of organizational identification, and then going further to its nature as well as the difference from organizational commitment. Along with the discussion, three conceptual definitions of organizational identification and seven propositions are proposed. A conceptual model, which can be used for future research, is also illustrated in this research. |
