中文摘要 | 本研究利用「資訊網路」和「關係網路」探索虛擬組織構念,以交易成本、資源依賴、協調理論等為基礎,將企業功能作為虛擬化之依據。研究結果得出網路觀點之虛擬組織的「虛擬化指標」與「虛擬化座標」,透過虛擬化分析和網路機制分析,得知三點管理上的含意:(1)網路機制的階段性:分別是「疏離型」、「聚合型」、「統協型」、「虛擬型」;(2)網路機制的推挽性;(3)網路機制的時序性。並根據研究命題提出策略意含:首先將關係網路強弱轉換為(1)事業控制(寬鬆成群—緊密合作),和將資訊網路強弱轉換為(2)技術控制(一般性—獨特性),說明虛擬組織的「二元控制策略」,包括「電子基礎」、「信息優勢」、「網路優勢」、「電子整合」;其次是,「兩極化事業策略」:包括關係網路「緊密合作」為前提下,連結「獨特性」資訊網路的「電子整合事業」,和在「一般性」資訊網路為前提下,連結「寬鬆成群」之關係網路的「電子商務市場」,最後提出四項結論。 |
英文摘要 | This research makes use of information and relation network to explore the construction conception of virtual organization. Base on the transaction cost, resource dependence and coordination theory. We achieve the indicators and coordinate by network perspective. Then we are in term of the virtual and network mechanism analysis to obtain three meanings on management: (1) Network mechanism with stage property: There are 「discrete type」,「gathering type」,「unified type」, and「virtual type」respectively. (2) Network mechanism with timing property. (3) Network mechanism with push-pull property. Moreover, management strategy implications are obtained from the research propositions. For the former, we transform the relational network's strength and weaknesses to (1) business control (loose crowd - tightly cooperative), and transform the information network strength and weaknesses to (2) information technology control ( generalize - specialize), then we explain virtual organization's「dualism control strategy」, including the「electronic basis」,「advantages of messages」,「advantages of network」,「electronic integration」. The latter is 「polarize business strategy」, which includes a tightly cooperative relation network's 「Electronic Integrate Business」, and the general information network, which connects the relation network's loose crowd「Electronic Commerce Marketing」. Finally, we mention four conclusions. |
