中文摘要 | 本研究利用聚乙鴻基吭咯:境明(PVP)為穩定劑, 2,2'一偶氮雙異丁蜻(AIBN)為起始劑,萃乙婦翠體於甲 醇中,進行分散聚合反應,探討最初單體濃度、最初 起始劑濃度、最初穩定劑濃度和穩定劑分子量,對於 粒子大小的影響。由實驗數據,粒子拉徑(Dw)發現和 最初單體濃度的0.35次方成正比、最初起始劑濃度的 0.39次方成正比及最初穩定劑(PVP, K-90)濃度的0.31 次方成反比。拉子粒徑對時間作圖,發現在聚合反應 6小時內,是一直線關係。單一散度的聚萃乙:蜍顆粒 聚合過程中,觀察其分子量和分子量分佈的變化,並 無膠化效應發生。且在聚合反應後,亦無發現寡聚合 物存留在分散媒中。由以上的結果,提出較適當的粒 子成核和成長機制。 |
英文摘要 | Styrene was po1ymerized in methano1 by dispersion po1ymerization with 2,2'-azobis isobutyronitri1e (AIBN) as an initiator and po1y(viny1 pyrro1idone) (PVP) as a stabilizer. The effects of initia1 monomer concentration, initia1 initiator concentration, initia1 stabi1izer concentration, and stabilizer mo1ecu1ar weight, on the síze of po1ymer partic1es have been investigated. The weight average partic1e diameter (Dw)is proportiona1 to -0.31 power of the stabilizer (PVP, K-90) concentration, 0.39 power of the initia1 initiator concentration, and 0.35 power of the initia1 monomer concentration. The va1ues of Dw decrease 1inearly with the va1ue of the solubility parameter. The diameters of partic1es increase linear1y with the reaction time in 6 h. No ge1 effect was observed during the po1ymerization period to prepare monodisperse po1ymer partic1es. After the po1ymerization, no oligomers in dispersion medium was founded. From the above results, a scheme for the partic1e nuc1eation and growth during po1ymerization process is proposed. |
