中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討知識創新的能力與教育效能之提升。現代社會已進入知識經濟時代,無論是對個人或國家的競爭力而言,知識皆具有關鍵性的影響力,為適應知識經濟時代對創新能力人才的大量需求,行政院經建會在規劃知識經濟發展的整體方向時,揭櫫整個方案的推行重點在於教育改革。傳統教育重視知識之灌輸,使學生思想之發展與創意受到壓抑。多元化的創意教學,能培養學生具獨立分析、思考與判斷的能力,開發學生發揮創意解決問題的潛能,教師應鼓勵學生多思考、多參與討論與經驗分享,課室不應只是背誦的場所,更是學生體驗人生、碰撞出燦爛智慧火花之殿堂。為了充分發揮多元創造思考教學效果,作者於文末提供數項基本原則,供教師們於教學時參考。 |
英文摘要 | This article is designed to explore the relationship between the ability of knowledge innovation and educational effectiveness. Knowledge itself is now seen as one of the principal and productive forces in modern society. It is true for both individual and nation that the ability of knowledge innovation is the keyfactor of success in keen competition in knowledge economics. To promote students' ability of knowledge innovation, reform movements in education are needed. In tradition, education always focuses on lecturing more than on helping students to think independently and develop their own creative power. Creative thinking and critical thinking are seen as necessary for problem solving. The author advocates that if teachers are willing to incorporate creative teaching strategies in class, they can transform a classroom from a four-walled room into an environment that is infused with curiosity, and that would encourage students to learn creatively. Teachers are the disseminators of shared experience and shared knowledge. At the end of this article, the author also presents basic principles in implementing creative teaching. |
