中文摘要 | 在邁向知識經濟的時代,受到資訊與網路科技的長足進步,以及企業經營環境的迅速變化,快速反應是企業經營的重要策略之一;尤其在以顧客為導向的競爭市場裡,企業必需與顧客保持密切的互動關係。而組織為因應此一需求,常藉由實施企業能與知識分享,來降低經營決策的延遲,以積極維持顧客關係的建立與管理,本研究主要探討組能與知識分享的互動關係,並以新興網路公司為個案分析與探討的對象;在研究點上採用組織資訊處理的觀點,解析此一互動關係的內涵,並嘗試詮滿新興網路公司以團隊工作的方式、以任務為導向、與成員自主性高的組織系絡下,哪些因素會影響組織賦能與知識分享的進行,並以組織實施賦能與知識分享的配適程度,說明配適程度的高低影響組織的效能。 |
英文摘要 | In the age of the knowledge-based economy, quick response is one of the most important strategies for firms to compete by virtue of changing environment and advancements of the information and networking technology. Firms must keep close relationship and interaction with their customers, therefore, they will employ empowerment and knowledge sharing to reduce the latency of decision-making and maintain good customer relationships. This study is to investigate the relationship between empowerment and knowledge sharing by using case study of an emerging website company form the organizational information processing perspective. The study is trying to explain the factors that affect the relationship of empowerment and knowledge sharing within the context of team-based, task-oriented website company. Finally, the study will suggest the framework of fitness between empowerment and knowledge sharing, and some propositions about the research findings. |
