中文摘要 | 本文以聚乙烯酯/聚乙烯醇共聚合物和異氰酸鹽合成具有PU官能基微膠囊外殼,內包埋熔點57℃、36℃的固體蠟或二十烷核心相變化材料,採用界面聚合法合成,文中探討乳化速率、溫度、核/殼比與微膠囊粒值的關係。所得相變化材料做膠囊以粒徑分析儀及顯徽鏡分析其粒徑,發現粒徑大小和乳化速率成反比;但是乳化速率高過4000rpm速率,粒徑便不再下降。而其他變因如溫度、不同核/殼比去改變核心相變化材料,對微膠囊的粒徑只有很小的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The polyurethane microcapsules of phase change materials (PCMs) were prepared. The shells of microcapsules were made from interfacial polymerization of poly(vinyl acetate/vinyl alcohol) copolymer and isocyanate. On the other hand solid paraffin or ecicosane, melting point are 57°C and 36 °c respectively, was used as the core material. The sizes of microcapsules were measured from photo correlator with optical microscopy. The relationships between stirring rate, reaction temperature or ratio of core/shell by weight and the sizes of microcapsules were established. In this study, the sizes of microcapsules that was decreased with stirring rate until the rate was not less than 4000rpm were. found. And the sizes of microcapsules were little influence with reaction temperature, ratio of core/shell by weight or different core materials. |
