中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國民小學組織氣氛、教師制握信念與教師溝通恐懼之關係。採用 文獻分析法及問卷調查法,實證部分以比例分層抽樣方式,抽取台南縣市、高雄 縣市公立國民小學教師共614位做為受試樣本。研究工具為「國民小學學校組織 氣氛與教師溝通態度問卷」,包括三部分:自編之「學校組織氣氛描述問卷」、洪有 義修訂之「洛氏內外制握量表」及王政彥修訂之「溝通恐懼量表」。調查所得資料 以SPSS/PC+套裝軟體進行統計分析。本研究之結論如下: 一、目前南部四縣市之國小教師溝通恐懼情形趨於中等。 二、女性教師在團體討論、會議討論、公眾演說及整體層面之溝通恐懼高於男性 教師。 三、不同服務年資之教師在團體討論、會議討論、兩人互動、公眾演說及整體之 溝通恐懼無顯著差異存在。 四、一般職務之教師在會議討論及公眾演說之溝通恐懼高於兼任行政之教師。 五、師範或師專學歷之教師在公眾演說之溝通恐懼高於研究所學歷之教師。 六、不同學校規模與不同學校所在地區之教師在團體討論、會議討論、兩人互 動、公眾演說及整體之溝通恐懼無顯著差異存在。 七、不同組織氣氛之教師在兩人互動、公眾演說及整體之溝通恐懼有顯著差異存 在;就兩人互動及整體之溝通恐懼而言,組織氣氛愈趨開放,則其溝通恐懼 愈低。 八、外在制握信念之教師在團體討論、會議討論、兩人互動、公眾演說及整體之 溝通恐懼高於內在制握信念之教師。 九、學校組織氣氛對教師溝通恐懼有典型相關存在。 十、不同教師個人屬性與學校組織氣氛對團體討論、會議討論、兩人互動、公眾 演說及整體之溝通恐懼的交互作用不顯著。 十一、不同學枚規模與學校組織氣氛對會議討論、兩人互動之溝通恐懼有顯著的 交互作用;不同學校所在地區與學校組織氣氛對兩人互動、公眾演說之溝通恐 懼有顯著的交互作用。 十二、不同教師制握信念與學校組織氣氛對整體溝通恐懼有顯著的交互作用。 十三、教師個人屬性、學校背景變項、學校組織氣氛與教師制握信念對教師溝通 恐懼具有預測力。 根據上述結論,本研究也提出幾項建議,以供國民小學教師、學校、師資培 育機構、教育行政機關及進一步研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationships amomg three variables including the organizational climate of school, locus of control and communication apprehension for the elementary school teachers. In order to achieve its purposes, this study has methodologically adopted literature review and surveys. The samples were 614 public elementary teachers in Tainan and Kaohsiung area selected by proportional stratified sampling method. The measuring instrument consisted of three parts: elementary School Organizational Climate Descriptive Questionnaire, Rotter Internal-External Control Scale and Personal Report Communication Apprehension. This study has come up with the following conclusions: 1.Teachers' communication apprehension shown in this research belongs middle level. 2.Female teachers have higher communication apprehension than in male teachers in group discussions, meeting discussions, public speaking and total dimensions of communication apprehension. 3.There was no significant difference in communication apprehension for the teachers with different on-duty years. 4.General teachers have higher communication apprehension than executive managing teachers in meeting discussions. 5.The lower educated teachers have higher communication apprehension than the higher educated teachers in public speaking. 6.There was no significant difference in communication apprehension for the teachers with different scale and location of school. 7.The more open the organizational climate of school, the lower teachers' communication apprehension in dyadic interactions and total dimensions. 8.The teachers of external locus of control have higher communication apprehension than the teachers of internal locus of control. 9.There was canonical correlation between the organizational climate of school and teachers' communication apprehension. 10.There was no significant difference in interactive effect on personal variables and the organizational climate of school versus teachers' communication apprehension. 11.There was significant difference in interactive effect on the scale of school and the organizational climate of school versus teachers' communication apprehension. There was significant difference in interactive effect on the location of school and the organizational climate of school versus teachers' communication apprehension. 12.There was significant difference in interactive effect on teachers' locus of control and the organizational climate of school versus teachers' communication apprehension. 13.Teachers' personal variables, school variables, the organizational Climate of school and teachers' locus of control can predict significantly teachers' communication apprehension. Based on the results of this study, suggestions were given as a reference for elementary school teachers, schools, teacher-training institutions, educational administration and future researchers. |
