英文摘要 | Soccer is a dashing, highly intensive, and physical game. A well-designed weight training program will not only increase the resistance of the muscle but also improve the speed of the athletes. A safe and efficient weigh training course should includes three phases, over load, gradual, and recovery, and also consider the unique characteristic of different game which players participated. Any weigh training programs potentially cause injuries. Therefore, this article discussed topics on the weight training principles, the weight training methods, and the suitable weight training courses for soccer players. The application of this knowledge may provide effectiveness and efficiency of weight training programs for soccer plays, as well as prevent sport injuries from happening. |
