中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討小學教師角色知覺差距的因應資源。本研究兼採文獻探討、半結 構晤談、及調查等方法,進行資料蒐集。先透過文獻探討提出「教師理想角色與實際角色差距 因應資源的理論類型」,並透過半結構晤談蒐集教育現場之資料,據以編製國民小學教師角 色知覺差距因應資源之研究工具, 再以臺灣地區 389 位小學教師為對象進行預試,根據研 究發現提出「教師理想角色與實際角色差距的因應資源量表」,包括「專業支持」、「教學環 境」、「個人資源」、「情感支持」、 及「制度環境」五因素, 五個因素之累積解釋量為 76.9%; 各層面之α係數分別為.9351、.9381、.9056、.8935、8589,總層面之α係數則為 .9478;並經專家審查,顯示本量表之效度、信度頗佳。最後,並根據研究發現,提出「透 過因應資源的提供,以增進小學教師在因應角色知覺差距之效能」、「繼續深究與規劃各項 因應資源,以提高其可行性」、「應用國民小學教師角色知覺差距的因應資源量表於相關領 域之實證研究中」等三項建議。 |
英文摘要 | The coping resources for the role discrepancy perceived by elementary school teachers were studied. According to literature search, a manuscript of "Inventory of Coping Resources for Role Discrepancy Perception" (ICRRDP) was designed. This manuscript was revised by 8 experts' verification and an investigation in which 389 samples were surveyed. The data were statistically analyzed by item analysis, factor analysis and internal consistency analysis. According to factor analysis, the ICRRDP contains 5 factors indluding "professional support", "teaching environment","person's resources", "emotional support" and "institutional environment". The ICRRDP has validity and reliability with high commutative explained variation and Cronbach's α coefficients. |
