中文摘要 | 本研究主旨在探討美國春田學院國際學生旅遊傾向,並以研究結果提供該校國際學生組織,對未來國際學生課餘休閒旅遊活動之安排設計上有更具體的依據。本研究之受試者共計42位國際學生,其中男19人、女23人。根據統計結果得知:大部分的國際學生皆有興趣參與國際學生組織所舉辦之活動。其中,百分之六十的受試者喜歡為期一天的旅遊活動;百分之五十二的受試者,希望旅遊活動於學年當中的星期六舉行。同時,期望活動實施當天,有國際學生組織所安排的行程,也有自由活動的時間,以利其深入了解美國文化。就旅遊型式而言,百分之五十受試者表示,其喜愛戶外型之旅遊活動;當問及旅遊活動之同行伙伴時,百分之七十一的受試者喜歡與國際學生及美國學生一同出遊;此外,百分之三十二的參與者認為一學期之中 其可合理的參與一至四次,由國際學生組織所舉辦的休閒旅遊活動。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate international students travel interests at Springfield college, Massachusetts, U. S. A.. This project was conducted to collect information useful to the International Students Organization in planning travel activities. Seventy-five (75) questionnaires were sent out and 42 responses were received. There were 19 male respondents and 23 females respondents. Results revealed that most of the international students surveyed would like to participate in more travel activities offered through the International Students Organization. Sixty (60) percent of the respondents preferred one-day trips, and 52 percent preferred Saturday as a travel day during the school year. For the trip structure, 52 percent of the international students preferred a trip that involves some combination of scheduled time and free time. As for the trip type, half of the students said they would definitely go on an outdoor trip designed and offered by the International Students Organization. Regarding travel companions, 71 percent of the international students said they would like to travel with a mixture of international and American pers. Also, 32 percent thought that could reasonably afford to take up to 4 trips with the International Students Organization per semester. |
