中文摘要 | 本研究目的在瞭解某技術學院五專部護理科學生於內科病房實習壓力來源及個人屬性與壓力來源之關係。研究方式採問卷調查表,園究問卷採專家效度並以Cronbach’s Alph測其信度,測得α值為0.88。本研究問卷內容包念基本資料要內科實習壓力源量表兩部份。研究對象是某技術學院護理科五年級護生,總共有100人。研究結果如下:(一)內科實習學生壓力源由大到小依序為:認知與能力、護理工作本身、教師原因、實習環境、人際關係。(二)年、母親的職業在認知與能力上感受不同達顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | The propose of this study was to investigate the nursing students’ stressor in medical practice at Junior College and understand the relationship between the students’ trait and the sources of the stress. The study was conducted in a questionnaire design in which the expert validity was adopted. Moreover, the Cronbach’s alpha was accessed to find its internal consistency. The result revealed that the value of Cronbach’s alpha was 0.88. This questionnaire had two sections: personal details and stress opinions. In total, there were 100 participants who studied at Nursing Junior College. The major findings of the study were as follows: (1) The sources of stress in medical practice in order of seriousness were: cognition and ability, nursing work itself, teacher, environment of clinical practice and interpersonal relationship. (2) there is a significant difference between the age and occupation of the mother in cognition and ability. |
