中文摘要 | 本研究目的為探討叢枝菌根應用於茄子幼苗栽培上之影響效益。利用不同內生菌根(AM fungi)菌種接種於茄子植株,所使用菌種有Glomus etunicatum (Ge)、Gl. fasciculatum (Gf2)、Gigaspora gigatea (Gig)、Gl. mosseae (Gm)及混合菌種Gmix (Glomus spp.)等,再配合空白對照共六級處理應用於‘麻芝茄’育苗上。於育苗四週後採茄子幼苗根系,分別利用錐蟲藍(0.05% trypan blue)及酸性品紅(0.05% acid fuchsin)染色法檢查菌根菌感染情形,結果顯示以酸性品紅染色可明顯觀察到菌根菌之孢子,而利用錐蟲藍染色則可看見囊狀體存在,各菌種間之感染率則以錐蟲藍染色可觀察到較高之數值。由茄子幼苗之生育性狀顯示,接種菌根菌處理可以增加茄子幼苗全株乾重,其中莖鮮重及根鮮重以接種Ge菌種者較果優於其他處理。莖乾重指數以接種Ge菌種最高,根乾重指數則以接種Gmix菌種者效果較優。葉面積則以接種Ge、Gf2及Gm者效果優於其他處理。在幼苗植株對氮、磷、鉀、鈣及鎂等養份吸收上,接種菌根菌處理者皆顯著高於對照組處理,其中接種Ge處理之氮、磷、鉀、鈣及鎂吸收量相較於對照處理,分別可增加54%、69%、94%、88%及64%。 |
英文摘要 | This research was focused on the application of AM fungus (Glomous spp.) on the production of eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) seedlings. The AM-fungi Glomus etunicatum (Ge), Gl. fasciculatum (Gf2), Gigaspora gigantea (Gig), Gl. mosseae (Gm) and Gmix (Glomus spp.) were used as inocula to compare with non-mycorrhizal (NM) control. After 4 weeks of inoculation, the root of seedling was cut down and the trypan bule and acid fuchsin were used to stain the mycorrhizal structures. The result showed that acid fuchsin was better then trypan blue for the fungal spore observation, but trypan blue had more effect for vesicle and total infected rate of AM-fungus to be observed. The growth of eggplant seedling showed that seedlings inoculated by VAM fungus could increase the dry weight of the whole plant. The incoculation treatment of VAM-Fungi(Ge) resulted in more stem dry weight index. On the leaf area effect, that inoculation of Ge, Gf2 and Gm obtained more efficiency than others. On the nutrient status, inoculation of VAM-fungi were more effective on the uptake of nitrogen(N), phosphate(P), potassium(K), calcium(Ca) and magenium(Mg) than the NM control, e.g. Ge mycorrhizal seedlings. Increased the nutrient uptake by 54%(N), 69%(P), 94%(K), 88%(Ca) and 64%(Mg). |
