中文摘要 | 本試驗的目的在於探討茄子V型整枝栽培下,栽培密度(0.56、0.67、0.84及1.11株/m²)對茄子產量與品質之影響。結果顯示茄子產量隨著栽培密度的增加而增加,以栽培密度1.11株/m²表現最好,產量可達120.5 t/ha。但茄果品質則隨著栽培密度的增加而有下降的情形,其特級果展總產量的比例由64.5%下降至61.1%。在單果性狀方面,栽培密度對果長及果徑等性狀並無顯著性影響。基於生產成本及管理方便的原則,建議V型整枝栽培之密度,以0.67-0.84 株/m²為適當。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to assess the influence of different plant density (0.56, 0.67, 0.84 and 1.11 plant/m²) on yield and quality of eggplant under V-type training condition. Result indicates that total yield increased as plant density increased. The highest yield was obtained from plant density at 1.11 plant/m² while the ratio of grade A fruit number to total fruit number decreaseed from 64.5% to 61.1% as plant density increased from 0.56 to 1.11 plant/m². There is no significant effect on fruit length and diameter among different density treatments. However, based on the consideration of both total yields and fruit quality, the plant density at 0.67-0.84 plant/m² is recommended for eggplants with V-type training. |
