中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討肺癌患者個人屬性、疾病特性、社會支持、症狀困擾與生活品質之關係,受試者為肺癌住院患者140位。研究方法採立意取樣問卷調查法,以生活品質、症狀困擾及社會支持等三種量表為研究工具,經專家效度審查及信度(CronbachΠs α分別為:0.85;0.87;0.91)測定後做調查,並進行各項統計分析。研究結果發現下列變項與生活品質之關係:(一)個人屬性與疾病特性並無相關性。(二)在症狀困擾方面,生理症狀、心理困擾、身體功能與社交活動等四大項均有顯著差異,且呈現負相關。(三)在社會支持方面,家人與親友及健康專業人員之社會支持功能均呈正相關。(四)下列變項可預測肺癌患者之生活品質:心理困擾、整體家人親友支持、健康專業人員肯定支持、社交活動困擾、宗教信仰、脾氣差、婚姻狀況,其可解釋變異量為53.1%。研究成果可提供護理人員瞭解影響肺癌患者生活品質之因素,做為護理照顧及研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to investigate individual characteristics, disease conditions, social supports, and symptom distress factors related to quality of life among 140 lung cancer patients. In this study, social support questionnaires, symptom distress questionnaires and patient demography were used as instrumental assessment of life quality. Expertises' opinions for content validity and Cronbach's alpha for reliability were used. We found following results: (1) There was no correlation between individual characteristics and the disease condition. (2) Distress symptoms included physiological, psychological, functional and social dimension negatively correlated to the quality of life. (3) In social supports, these had a positive correlations wit family relatives and health care profession. (4) Following variables: psychological distress of family members social support: health-care support, social life disturbance, religion, poor temper, and martial state could predict the quality of life in lung cancer patients more than 51.3%. Our study results could provide nurses in influencing factors on lung cancer patients, likely important information in nursing care and research. |
