中文摘要 | 鋼鐵材料的高溫機械性質直接影響其熱加工性與變形行為,本研究以Y309B沃斯田鐵系不�袗�為例,利用肥粒鐵量測儀量測在1200℃下不同加熱時間之δ-肥粒鐵含量,配合光學顯微鏡及能量散佈光譜儀研究加熱時間與δ-肥粒鐵之關係;再利用高溫拉伸試驗研究加熱時間對材料高溫機械性質的影響。實驗說明無論取樣於鋼胚中心或角落,其δ-肥粒鐵含量都會隨著加熱時間先增加再下降,且中心處之δ-肥粒鐵含量高於角落處,其可能是鉻鎳當量比不同及冷卻速率不同所致。高溫拉伸試驗之結果顯示,隨著加熱時間增加,其高溫強度有下降的趨勢,而高溫延性上沒有太大的差異。 |
英文摘要 | Hot mechanical properties of material affect its hot working behaviour. δ-ferrite formation in Y309B stainless steel by different soaking time at 1200 ℃ was measured by "FERRITSCOPE". The relation between soaking time and δ-ferrite was studied with optical microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometers. The effect of soaking time on hot mechanical properties was investigated by a series of hot tensile tests. The results evidenced that δ-ferrite content was increased at first and then decreased with increasing soaking time both at center and corner of the billet. Reasons for this phenomena could be the different Cr□/Ni□ ratios and cooling rates. The hot tensile tests evidenced that hot tensile strength of Y309B was decreased with increasing soaking time, but hot ductility was not varied obviously. |
