中文摘要 | 進行策略規劃時,前置作業的預測可使規劃更有效性,並可輔助決策者進行策略決策時之參考。然隨著經濟活動的變化,未來充滿不確定性且風險極高,為使得預測更有效,不只是追求目標性單點預測,還要有洞悉未來各種情節的先見之明。唯有透過技術預測-情境分析法(scenario analysisi),才可為企業描繪未來各種可能的「劇情和場景」,並依據不同的劇情,擬定出各種不同的策略方案,因此,本研究擬以史丹福研究院提出的情境分析法為基礎.並以接觸式影像感測器業為例,試圖描繪出該產業各種可能的技術情境 |
英文摘要 | To do strategic planning, a forecasting, leading activities can make it more precise and serve as a reference for decision-making. However, due to changes in economic activities and environmental dynamics, the purpose of strategic planning is not only to seek single forecast, but also to consider various foresight of scenarios. In the ever-changing environment, the objective of forecasting is no longer merely the pursuit of precision. Only by the method of Scenario analysis the technology forecasting can play various possible "plots and scenes" for a company. According to different scenarios various alternatives can be designed. Hence, the study aims to use the method of scenarios analysis, suggested by Standford Research Institute (SRI) Internaional, by taking one of the high tech industries, Contact Image Sensor (CIS), as the example. The purpose of this study is to understand what the scenario of technology development is in the industry. |
