| 中文摘要 | 為了探討光子引發鋁合金表面水釋氣的行為,本實驗中,將樣品曝露在1.6×103 (12 torr)的水氣中15min,經抽氣後,再利用同步輻射光照射樣品,觀察水的光子引發釋氣行為。結果發現曝水過後的樣品,其水氣的分壓曲線,有著特殊的現象;在表面水氣較多曝光時呈現減少的趨勢,停止曝光時又緩緩上升。為了探討造成此現象的來源及機制,我們改變樣品的位置、溫度、偏壓,以及在不同時間的條件下對樣品曝光,發現樣品在水氣較多的情況下之光子引發釋氣行為,為一種抽氣的作用,此作用與溫度的關係不大,但會受到光子、光電子,與表面水量多寡的影響。 |
| 英文摘要 | The water desorption behavior on aluminum surface, photon stimulated desorption (PSD), was studied in this experiment. The sample was irradiated by synchrotron light after an exposure of water vapor with 12 torr for 15 min. it was observed that water vapor pressure reduced during the irradiation. The pressure recovered after stopping the irradiation. In order to find out the reason, the sample position, temperature, and the bias applied to the sample have been changed. It was observed that the behavior could be a kind of pumping effect. The effect was not effected by temperature, but by the dose received on the sample. |
