中文摘要 | 本研究使用不同材質的濾紙以及不同的靜電消除方式,分別在控制與未控制環境溫濕條件下,進行稱重實驗,藉以了解靜電及環境因素對於濾紙稱重準確度的影響。由實驗結果得知,玻璃纖維(Glass fiber)濾紙、酯化纖維素(MCE)濾紙在環境溫濕度未控制的條件下,無論靜電是否消除濾紙的重量變化很大,玻璃纖維濾紙、酯化纖維素濾紙最大重量變化分別為 0.157mg、0.349mg;住環境溫濕度受到控制且濾紙經靜電消除處理後,濾紙的稱垂結果就準確很多,玻璃纖維濾紙、酯化纖維素濾紙最大重量變化分別減小為0.01mg、O.09mg。而聚氯乙烯(PVC)濾紙和鐵弗龍(Teflon)濾紙在未控制環境溫濕度、且不做靜電消除處理時,即可得到準確的稱重結果,聚氯乙烯濾紙的最大重量變化在0.007mg以內;鐵弗龍濾紙的最大重量變化在0.011 mg以內。在消除靜電後再稱重,並不能提高此二種濾紙稱重的準確度。 |
英文摘要 | This study uses different filter materials and different electrical charge elimination methods to study the effect of electrical charge and environmental conditions on the weighing accuracy of filter papers. The experiments were conducted under both controlled and uncontrolled temperature and humidity conditions. Experimental data show that variation of filter weight is quite substantial for both glass fiber and MCE (mixed cellulose ester) fitlers when the temperature and humidity are not controlled whether or not the electrical charge is eliminated. During the experiment, the maximum variation of weighing is from 0.157 mg and 0.349 mg for glass filter and MCE filter, respectively. However, when the temperature and humidity are controlled and electrical charge is eliminated, the weighing accuracy improves substantially. The maximum variation of weighing is reduced to 0.01 mg and 0.09 mg for glass filter and MCE filter, respectively. In comparison, for PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and Teflon filters, weighing accuracy is good even under uncontrolled environmental conditions and when electrostatic is not eliminated. The maximum variation of weighing during the experiment is only 0.007 mg and 0.011 mg for PVC and Teflon filters, respectively. The experimental data show that elimination of electrical charge can't improve the weighing accuracy of these two filters. |
