中文摘要 | 本研究係針對砂模鑄造之A356鋁合金,探討砂模種類參數,如濕砂模、CO�紡牷B�K喃模等,以及流路系統參數對A356鋁合金鑄件之凝固顯微組織和充模流動之影響。並藉由鑄件不同位置之機械性質和顯微組織之觀察,分析不同砂模種類及流路系統製程條件下之凝固方式,以探討A356鋁合金之砂模鑄造流動凝固機構對鑄件之影響。 濕砂模及CO�紡狾雩�多水份,易使鑄件產生氣孔,而Furan模較為輕微,表現在鑄件上因單位體積之質量較大,故密度較高。且因水份易產生氫氣,氫氣易被鑄件吸收而產生氣孔。 鑄件氣孔多則密度就會降低,且硬度、降伏強度、衝擊值也會跟著降低,由實驗觀察Furan模做出的鑄件密度較高,硬度、降伏強度、衝擊值也會跟著提高。 |
英文摘要 | This paper deals specifically with comparing the mechanical properties and density of A356 produced by the sand molds process, with respect to the different gating ratio of A356 produced. Several tests, including density, tensile test, impact and hardness, have been conducted to compare the A356 castings in different sand molds and gating ratio. All the experimental tests for mechanical properties are compared, on significant difference being found between the different sand molds and gating ratio of A356 cast. Moisture in the green sand and CO�� sand mold produce more pore in the A356 casting than in Furan sand mold. Furan sand mold has higher density for mass of unit volume. React hydrogen of moisture absorbs by A356 casting to form more pores during solidification. Reducing density of A356 casting affect on hardness, U.T.S., and impact of mechanical properties. Castings by Furan sand mold has superior mechanical properties from observation of experimental data. |
