中文摘要 | 本研究是利用運動生物力學的方法,探討肌肉牽張縮短循環動作的淺蹲深跳練習(drop jump DJ)和深蹲DJ之彈性勁度,以了解不同牽張幅度SSC動作(stretch—shortening—cycle SSC)所產生的彈性能能力及運動表現。本次實驗以AMT測力板和電子關節角度計測量受試者SSC動作地面反作用力和膝關節角位移的變化。受試者11名,平均年齡為2.18±2.64歲,身高為173.0±4.03公分,體重為64.31±5.97公斤。統計方法是以SPSS系統進行重覆量數T-test分別檢驗實驗變數之差異,顯著水準為.05。經由實驗處理與討論,我們可以獲得以下的結果。 本實驗以運動選手連行快速SSC動作,所測得的彈性勁度與動物肌肉上所發現的彈性勁度特性是一樣的,同樣發生短範圍彈性勁度大於離心彈性勁度及離心彈性勁度大於向心彈性勁度的現象。 淺蹲比深蹲跳法產生較大的短範圍勁度和離心勁度,離心末期力量,顯示淺蹲跳法能夠產生較大彈性能,具有較佳的傳導、儲存和做用彈性能的能力,所以為了刺激較大的肌肉勁度,產生較佳的彈性能機制和較大力量,訓練時宜採用淺蹲跳法。另一方面,淺蹲跳法產生較大的平均離心角速度,承受較大動作強度,所以淺蹲跳法需要具備較佳的肌力,才能克服較大的運動強度。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment used methods of sport biomechanics to investigate the stiffness of short-stretch and long-stretch drop jumps (DJ) in order to understand the differences on elasticity energy and sport performance between two different stretch amplitudes of SSC movement. There were 11 subjects in this experiment including jumpers and sprinters. Their ages are 23.18±2.64, heights are 173.0±4.03 and weights are 64.31±5.97. AMIT force-platform and Penny electrical goniometer were used to record the ground reaction forces and knee angular displacement. The phenomenon of stiffness happened with reaction force in explosive SSC movement produced by human being is the same as that of individual muscle of animal, because short range stiffness is significantly larger than eccentric stiffness and eccentric stiffness is large than concentric stiffness (P<.05). Short-stretch DJ produced larger force of eccentric end and has better capacity of utilizing elastic energy, because the short range stiffness and eccentric stiffness of short-stretch DJ is larger than those of long-stretch DJ (P<.05). These facts demonstrate that short-stretch DJ is a better training method for inducing SSC mechanism and larger force. On the other hand, short-stretch DJ endure larger exercise intensity and produced the larger, so strength is required to overcome the larger intensity. |
