英文摘要 | Creatine has been a nutritional- ergogenic aid to enhance exercise performance in recent studies. Studies show that there is no side effects for ingesting 20 to 30 grams of creatine per day. However, the evidence is currently not clear whether creatine supplementation affects physical and exercise performance. The purpose of this article is to evaluate recent works on the sources, metabolic pathway, physical function and distribution of creatine as well as the safety and blood concentration of creatine supplementation. |
