| 中文摘要 | 本研究主要的目的在驗證新開發之國產汽車進氣閥門用耐熱鋼材性能特性,此新開發之鋼材包含相當JIS G4311規範之SUH1,SUH3,SUH11三種材料,性能檢測包含四個主要的部分:(1)最佳熱處理製程評估及常溫機械性能測試分析,(2)高溫功能性測試分析,(3)自動化切削性評估分析,(4)高溫熱週期性能評估。將新開發之鋼材與進口之對照組商品相比較,顯示其機械性質、高溫硬度、耐氧化、耐硫化及耐氧化鉛腐蝕能力上皆與對照組表現相當,將此新開發之鋼材試製成汽車進氣閥門,試製閥門之高溫磨耗性及高溫熱週期性能也與市販之商品性能相若,再依據自動化切削測試結果求出之最佳切削加工條件,其切削性較對照組表現更佳。 |
| 英文摘要 | The heat-resisting steels include JIS G4311 SUH1, SUH3, SUH11, which are the newly developed products by Walsin Lihwa Corp. In order to study the performance of the new heat-resisting steels for gas inlet valve, four main tests were proceeded and evaluated as follows: (1) the mechanical properties at room temperature (2) the properties at elevated temperature (3) the automation cutting property (4) the thermal cycling test. The results show that the mechanical properties, the hardness at elevated temperature, the oxidation resistance, the sulfur attack resistance and the resistance to PbO corrosion are comparable to the imported products. The trial valves produced by the newly developed steels were also tested. The wear resistance of these valves at elevated temperature and the thermal cycling fatigue resistance are comparable to the valves products in the market. The best cutting condition can be evaluated by the automation cutting property test. The cutting property of the newly developed steels is better than the imported steels. |
