中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討不同纖維含量及長度之聚丙烯纖維加入水泥砂漿後之吸水率及透水率之工程性質。聚丙烯纖維水泥砂漿係採四種纖維重量配比(0.05%,0.075%,0.10%,0.15%),纖維長度採短纖維(6 mm)及長纖維(19 mm)兩種。由實驗結果得知,在吸水率方面,短纖維砂漿試體較長纖維砂漿試體有較佳之降低吸水率效果,比控制組之吸水率約減少40%,且短纖維砂漿試體在各種纖維含量下,吸水率差別不大;但長纖維砂漿試體則隨纖維含量增加,吸水率有漸減之效果,但纖維含量大於0.1%時,其吸水率才小於控制組。在透水率方面,隨纖維含量之增加,兩種纖維水泥砂漿之透水率均會下降,而且纖維含量超過0.075%時,長纖維水泥砂漿試體之透水率才較短纖維水泥砂漿試體為小。另外,短纖維砂漿試體透水率在纖維含量達0.15%時,比控制組小,而長纖維砂漿試體,則達0.1%時,就比控制組小。 |
英文摘要 | This research established how the polypropylene fiber addition affected the absorption and permeability of cement mortar. Both 6- and 11-mm fibers were used at 0.05%, 0.075%, 0.1%, and 0.15% by weight of cement mortar. Short fibers decreased the absorption of fibrous mortars better than longer fibers did, and reduced absorption of the non-fiber control mortars by approximately 40%. Short fibers reduced absorption of the fibrous mortars slightly for all fiber weights. Whereas, long fibers reduced mortar absorption with increasing fiber weights, and reduced the absorption of fibrous mortars to below hat of the control mortar at fiber weight of 0.1% and up. Both types of fibers decreased the absorption of fibrous mortars with increasing fiber weights; at fiber weight above 0.075%, long fibers performed better than short fibers. Besides, the mortars containing short fibers were more impermeable than the control mortar at fiber weight up to 0.15%; whereas, the mortars containing long fibers reached such an impermeability level at fiber weight of just 0.1%. |
