中文摘要 | 湯用彤<讀人物志>首先提及<<人物志>>的人才思想必有所本,而後,鄭玉光、 陳喬楚等亦曾論及此課題,但皆僅點到為止,未加深論。因此,本文試從時代的呼 喚、各家思想的啟迪、觀人術的省思、用人原則的影響等四個方向加以深入研究, 得知劉卲<<人物志>>的人才思想大多本於漢、魏以前的人才論著,同時,亦深受時 代背景的影響。另外,也包括劉卲的真知灼見在內,因此得以成為我國察舉制度盛 行時期體系最完備的人才思想巨擘。 |
英文摘要 | In Yong-Tong Tong's Reading Ren Wu Zhi, he firstly mentions that the person talent ideology of the Ren Wu Zhi must have foundations. Then, Yu-Guang Zheng and Qiao-Chu Chen also disscuss this topic, but they only touch it slightly. Therefore, this study wants to deal with this issue from four orientations: the epoch-calling, enlightenment of different thoughts, introspection of observing way, and principle of selecting persons. It concludes that Liu Shao's Ren Wu Zhi's person talent ideology is based on the thoughts of Han, Wei and it is also deeply influenced by the epoch settings. Moreover, it includes Liu Shao's own real knowledge, too. Therefore, it can become the most complete work of discussing the person talent ideology during the Chinese supervising and inspecting system era. |
