中文摘要 | 從組織間互動觀點來看,企業為提高合作研發之技術取得績效,必須有效地「槓桿利用」其與合作夥伴之組織間關係。本文藉由組織間關係資本、組織間學習機制、以及組織學習能力等觀念,探討合作研發中組織學習績效的問題。在實証研究方面,本文以參與工研院科技專案合作研發之廠商為對象,採問卷調查研究方法。主要的研究結果驗証了過去相關研究之推論,亦即,過去合作經驗、信任與承諾等關係資本形成因素確實有助於知識分享、組織間互動、以及透明化等組織間學習機制的建立,進而提昇合作研發之技術學習與取得之績效。本文最後亦就本研究之理論與實務意涵做一討論,並提出管理實務與學術研究方向上之建議。 |
英文摘要 | From the interorganizational interaction perspective , in order to enhance their learning performance within cooperative R&D , the firms should leveraging interorgainzational relationships . This paper draw on some conceptions , those as interorganizational learning mechanisms﹑relational capital﹑and organizational learning capabilities and so on , we want to investigate how firms to manage their cooperative R&D . We adopt the firms participating ITRI’s cooperative R&D programs . The major findings in this study are , relational capital can facilitate the interorganizational learning mechanisms , which determine the firm’s cooperative R&D performance . Furthermore , organizational capability takes the role of mediating in this research . Finally , we draw upon some implications and suggestions for both practice and academic research . |
