中文摘要 | 本研究的目的主要在於瞭解體重與速度對一般人跑步時地面垂直反作用力之影響 。其中以 9 位男生為受試對象(平均年齡 25.4 ± 3.2 歲、身高 168.4 ± 4.5 公分、體 重 68.8 ± 13.8 公斤),以測力板檢測受試者跑步時腳對地面的垂直反作用力。結果發現 ,跑步速度加快時,垂直方向的著地力(碰撞力量)會明顯增加,而垂直方向的推蹬力(主 動力量)並沒有改變。顯然垂直方向的著地力受到跑步速度的影響。在相同的跑速下,體重 越輕者,其著地力越小於推蹬力。而隨著體重的增加,著地力的增加率比推蹬力還大,使得 體重超過某種程度者,著地力會大於推蹬力。由本研究得知,體重重的人,當以較快的速度 跑步時,可能將因跑步時的反作用力增加,而提高了膝關節與踝關節受傷的機率。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of body mass and running speed on vertical ground reaction force (VGRF) for untrained individuals in running. Nine males were the subjects of this study (average of age was 25.4 ± 3.2 years, average of height was 168.4 ± 4.5cm, average of weight was 68.8 ± 13.8 kg). The vertical ground reaction force of running were analyzed. The results showed that the impact peak Fz1 (the force as heel strike) increases as running speed increases, but the active peak Fz2 (the force as foot push off) did not change significantly. According to the findings of the study, possibility of the injuries of ankle and knee will increase as the vertical ground reaction force increases when a heavy individual runs in a higher speed. |
