中文摘要 | 近年來新課程改革的理念,立意讓教師的專業化回歸至教師實踐的層面,成為教師生涯發展的一部份,並鼓勵教師們在自己的教學專業中,勇於嘗試一種富創造力、解放精神及批判意識的教學實踐,同時也希望教師們既是課程實踐者也是教學反思者,由教育實踐中促進教師本身的專業成長。本研究目的為: 一、探討教師課程意識的覺醒與專業成長之間的關係。 二、探究一位資深的個案教師如何成為學年的教學領導。 三、闡述個案教師的新課程觀點和專業成長。 本研究以個案研究的方式進行,但著重以教師敘事的方式來闡述其在此波課程改革的新課程意識之覺醒及更新的內涵,輔以在職學校的教務主任、前後任學年主任的談話錄音與省思紀錄等資料,拼出個案教師專業成長的圖像。教師自主意識的覺醒與教學反思是教師專業成長的關鍵;和諧的外部環境也是促進教師專業成長不可或缺的條件,包括行政領導的期待、鼓勵和要求, 同事的互助共進等都是助力;參與研習與進修則是教師改變理念與追求進步最快、最直接的途徑。 |
英文摘要 | The ideal of the new curriculum reform in recent years is designed to bring teachers’ professionalism back to the practical level be a part of teachers’ career development, and encourage teachers to attempt teaching practice with creativeness, liberation and critique. At the same time teachers are expected to be both educational practicers and reflective thinkers, who advance their professional growth through educational practice. So the objectives of this study are: 1.To discover the relationship between teachers’ awareness of curriculum consciousness and their professional growth. 2.To analyze how a senior teacher became a leader of the grade. 3.To illustrate the case teacher’s new curriculum viewpoint and professional growth. This research adopts case study while emphasizing on teachers’ statements to expound their awareness of the new curriculum consciousness and the inside of the teacher renewal, and along with academic affair director and grade directors’ conversation recordings and reflection records documents, in order to piece up the case teacher’s professional growth graph. Teachers’ awareness of consciousness and teaching reflection are the key points of their professional growth. The harmonious environment is also necessary for teachers’ professional growth. It includes administration leader’s expectation, encouragement, and demand, and also colleagues’ cooperation. In addition, attending seminars and pursuing further education are the fastest way for teachers to change ideals and seek advancement. |
