中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的為調查從事幼教工作教師聲帶之相關問題,研究對象為現任幼教教師,本研究採問卷調查的方式進行,最後共得到有效樣本413人。問卷內容主要針對以下幾個項目進行調查,包括課堂上的聲音使用情形、聲帶保護的觀念與方法、日常生活危險因子對聲音的影響、以及對聲音異常情況的認知等。研究結果顯示,有多數幼教老師因拙課所需而有聲音沙啞的經驗(佔66.34%),而幼教老師也因授課時間長且較少使用麥克風,而有喉嚨不舒服的情形發生。多數的幼教老師已具備正確的聲帶保健觀念,不過平日較少有刻意保養聲帶的習慣,在日常生活危險因子中,以抽煙與吃冰冷食物為造成聲音異常的主要因子。對於聲音異常的醫學相關知識的認知度,由於多數的老師皆能正確的回答,表示受訪者具有良好的認知度,但是如果發生聲音沙啞情形時,願意立刻就醫的比例卻偏低,多數老數選擇就診以外的方式處理。本篇的研究結果希望能提供幼教教師重視聲帶保健與防止職業傷害的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to understand vocal problems and risk factors of hoarseness among teachers in preschool. Four hundred and thirteen teachers in kindergarten, nursery school, and other preschool were participated in this study. A questionnaire, constructed by investigator, included pertinent questions relative to questionnaire, constructed by investigator, included pertinent questions relative to "occupational voice use", "concept of vocal hygiene", "risk factors of hoarseness", and "knowledge of vocal problems". The results showed that 66.34% of teachers complained of hoarseness. Some vocal problems of teachers may be associated with voice abuse per day and they did not use the microphone during classroom instruction. Most of teachers have an integral concept of preventing hoarseness, but they are not maintenance of good vocal hygiene daily. Smoking and eating ice-cold food were the major risk factors of voice disorders. Most of teachers in preschool had sufficient knowledge regarding vocal problems. |
