| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在發展一套幼稚園老師證照教學複試認裀基本能力評量內容的參照標準,並透過修定的德懷法(Modified Delphi Method),研究大學教授與幼稚園老師,對幼稚園教師應有的教學能力之看法的一致或,提供國內改進幼師證照制度之參考。本研究採用的方法論為修定的德億法,指在研究大學教授與幼稚園教師所一致認同的幼稚園教師證照複試內容,以發展出一套客觀的適用於所有幼師培育單位與國內各園的參照標準。幼稚園教師證照複試內容參照標準的發展,是根據部訂幼稚園課程標準與國內相關文獻,預試因素分析產生22個可能的幼稚園教師應有之教學能力,編製德懷問卷,經過睥回合問卷研究28位專家學者的意見,直到看法達到一致性或穩定性為止。 本研究計14位教授與14位園長教師,全程參與本德懷問卷研究,經過兩回合達到一致性或穩定性,研究結果計四項發現。(1)22個可能的幼稚園教師應有之教學能力,與幼稚園老師教育學程中,教育基礎課程與教育方法課程,達顯著相關;(2)經過兩回合德懷問卷研究,14位教授與14位園長教師,對於22個幼師應有的教學能力之看法,研究發現其中17個已達到一致性;(3)28位專家學者無法達成共識的能力有5個;(4)28位專家學者一致認同,所有的22個能力都適用於發展幼稚園教師證照初試內容的參照標準。 本研究提出兩項建議,供教育行政單位參考(1)應用修定的德懷法於國內相關研究;(2)應用所有的22個能力,發展一套應?幼稚園教師證照複試內容,建立一套適用於國內的客觀參照標準。本研究提出四項建議,供有興趣後續研究者參考。(1)針對另外兩個師資培育課程領域,即教學基礎與教育實習,首先發展一套幼稚園教師證貿複試內容參照標準,接著透過修定的德懷法,研究大學教授與幼稚園老師,對幼稚園教師應有的教學能力之看法的一致性,提供國內改進幼師證照制度之參考;(2)針對技能與情意兩領域教學目標,先發展出一套園老師,對幼稚園教師應用的技能與情意教學能力的看法之一致性;(3)運用本研究編製的22個可能的幼稚園教師應有之認知領域教學能力德懷問卷,於全國樣本;(4)針對幼稚園教師應有的教學能力,進行教授與老師看法之比較研究。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study was to develop possible cognitive competencies in the fields of educational foundations and education methodology to be used in developing a criterion-referenced performance test for kindergarten licensure in Taiwan. A modified Delphi approach was chosen as the methodology to use in attempting to reach consensus among professors and teachers. Through an extensive analysis Kindergarten Curriculum standards (KCS) and a review of recent Taiwanese literature, 22 possible competencies were identified. Twenty professors and twenty kindergarten directors were selected through purposive sampling to comprise the panel of experts. After round Two, the final panel of experts included 14 professors and 14 directors. Findings corresponding to research questions are presented below: (a) The literature review provided 22 possible competency statements relevant to 11 courses in the two areas of educational foundations and educational methodology. (b) At the of two rounds of modified Delphi questionnaires, panelists reached consensus that 17 of 22 competencies were extremely important for a kindergarten teacher to possess. (c) Panelists were unable to reach consensus on five statements. (d) Panelists agreed that all 22 competencies could be assessed in a simulated teaching performance test. Recommendations for improved practice included: (a) The Delphi method should be applied in other Taiwanese studies. (b) The 22 competencies should be used in the simulated teaching performance test used to license kindergarten teachers. Four recommendations for further study were made: (a) A study is needed to determine if a consensus between professors and teachers can be reached in the areas of teaching foundational and educational practicum. (b) A study should be conducted to determine if a similar consensus can be reached about desired motor skills and affective behaviors. (c) a questionnaire survey to all Taiwanese professors ad teachers of early childhood should be made using the results of this study. (d) a study should be made to compare the responses of professors and teachers (completed to be published). |
