中文摘要 | 本研究是以參與教育部和教育廳「國民小學原住民鄉土文化教材試教計畫」的卑南族六年級兒童為研究對象,除三校試教班級中的38位卑南族兒童外,也包括每校一所對照學校的六年級22位卑南族兒童,共計60位,以卑南族鄉土文化教材編輯人員所編擬的總結性評量測驗卷施測,並加以整理統計,研究目的在了解鄉土文化教學對原住民兒童學習本族文化的影響,經過試教的兒童成績是否較未經試教的兒童好。 本研究的結果發現,全部試教班級原住民兒童的總成績和六類鄉土文化教材內容的成績,全部均高於對照班兒童,且在歷史地理、神話傳說、人文倫理、祭祀禮儀和生活育樂等五類上達顯著水準。在六類的各個題目中,全部試教班兒童在全部十九題的通過率,均高於對照班的兒童,且有四題已達到或接近精熟學習的水準,是試教結果中最令人欣慰的事。但試教班兒童也有六題的通過率均未達60%,一方面可能這些題目較偏重記憶,內容也較複雜,部份在三、四年級學過,未來在出題時應加以改進。至於對照班兒童,只有「早期與現代女孩生活的不同」一題達到精熟學習的水準,但有十四題的通過率均低於60%,與他們未接受卑南族鄉土文化教材的試教有密切的關係,未來在學校中教授原住民鄉土文化教材,應是值得重視和推廣的。此外母語教學和參與族群活動在原住民文化傳承上,都有其重要性。 |
英文摘要 | The subjects of this research were 60 Pei-nan sixth graders enrolled in the three aboriginal trial schools and three aboriginal regular schools. The evaluated test materials were constructed by the editors of the Pei-nan aboriginal cultural teaching materials. The main aim of this research is to study the influence of the Pei-nan aboriginal cultural learning. The results included the following four aspects: 1. The Pei-nan trial-class sixth graders performed better than the Pei-nan regular-class sixth graders on the evaluated test, and the difference had reached significant level. This means the aboriginal cultural teaching materials have important influence on the aboriginal cultural learning. 2. The Pei-nan trial-class sixth graders performed better than the Pei-nan regular-class sixth graders in all six sections on the evaluated test, and five sections had reached significant level. 3. The Pei-nan trial-class sixth graders performed over 85% in four items, and under 60% in six items. The Pei-nan regular-class sixth graders performed over 85% only in one item and under 60% in fourteen items. The trial-class sixth graders performed significantly better than the regular-class sixth graders. 4. It is important to teach the aboriginal cultural teaching materials in aboriginal schools, and the order of the teaching materials will influence the performance of the students. |
