| 英文摘要 | The theory of Forms has usually occupied scholars' attention in their discussion of Plato's theory of knowledge. However, the problem: What is Plato's view on the notion of knowledge? seems to be seldom talked of. This paper is an attempt to give a brief account of what Plato has in mind when he talks of 'knowledge'. I have divided this paper into two parts, firstly, I would like to discuss the problem: Whether Plato's notion of knowledge is similar to the Cartesian notion of knowledge? Secondly, the relation between knowledge and understanding will be considered. |
