中文摘要 | 建立十四種有機磷劑在玻璃纖維濾紙上及OVS-2採樣管中以氣相層所儀附火焰光量檢測器(GC-FPD)之分析方法,以作為農藥工廠作業人員之安全評估。研究顯示以90%甲苯=10%丙酮為溶劑之萃取結果最佳。以玻璃纖維濾紙為空氣採樣介質時,其以超音波振燙萃取農藥較為穩定,其回收率亦較高,但不適合達馬松、二氯松之檢驗,僅適合美文松、滅賜松、雙特松、亞素靈、福瑞松、大利松、二硫松、馬拉松、巴拉松、愛殺松、一品松、谷速松十二種有機磷劑農藥工廠之空氣檢驗分析。十四種有機磷劑農藥添加於OVS-2採樣管上連續抽氣4小時之回收率皆大於82.6%,其變異數係數亦小於10%。在OVS-2採樣管上之回收率試驗中,其回收率及其變異性均佳。其分析方法可適用於十四種有機磷劑農藥作為實際農藥工廠測定呼吸暴量之方法。冷藏貯存試驗時,只有福瑞於於7天後不穩定,其餘藥劑均可達28天。兩種不同介質測定其空氣中農藥含量其偵測之極限範圍介於1/25至1/5000倍之公告暴露容許量(PEL),並同時以同一方法檢測十四種有機磷劑之農藥。 |
英文摘要 | An analytical method for 14 organophorus pesticides in air samples using glass fiber filter and combined filter/OVS-2 sampler with gas chromatography-flame photometric detector (GC-FPD) was developed. The method was evaluated for 14 organophorus pesticides suited for environmental monitoring of pesticides factory. The result of extracted solvent with 90% toluene =10% acetone recovery is very good. Glass fiber filter with air sampling fitted for twelve pesticides such as mevinphos, demeton-S-methyl, dicrotophos, monocrotophos, phorate, diazinon, disulfoton, malathion, parathion, ethion, EPN, azinphos-methyl but not with methamidophos, dichlovos. Glass fiber filter and combined filter/OVS-2 sampler fitted all 14 organophorus pesticides. Additional experiments addressed long-term sample stability (28-day storage), limits of detection, and concentration levels down to 1/25 to 1/5000 times a permission exposure limits (PEL) value were conducted. Based on this research, all 14compounds studied can be successfully determined simultaneously using one method. |
