| 中文摘要 | 本研究利用對電解方法在一個氣泡系統中將丙烯經過環氧化生成環氧丙烷,為了使陰陽兩極可同時產生環氧丙烷採用陰離子交換膜將電解槽分隔成為陰陽兩極,在陽極電解室,使用硝酸銀水溶液當陽極電解液可以產生氧化還原媒子A□/Ag□進行間接環氧化反應,在陰極電解室,使用酸性溶液導入氧氣可產生過氧化氫進行間接的環氧化反應,研究中測試單位電量所產生環氧丙的烷影響因素包括:施加電流,氣體流速,電解液濃度,和反應溫度,分別找出陰陽極最佳的操作條件,並且評估單位電量所產生的環氧丙氧總量及是出對電極的環氧化反應機構。 |
| 英文摘要 | Epoxidation of propylene to propylene oxide (PO) by means of paired electrolysis was studied in a bubbling system. An electrolytic cell, divided by an anion exchange membrane, was designed for producing PO in both anode and cathode compartments simultaneously. In the anode compartment, AgN□ in the anolyte was used to form redox mediator, A□/Ag□, for indirect epoxidation of propylene. In the cathode compartment, oxygen was introduced into an acidic aqueous catholyte to form □□, hydrogen peroxide, which further epoxided propylene. The examined factors, which affected the amount of PO production perunit faraday, were the applied current, gas flow rate, electrolyte concentration and temperature. The optimum operating conditions of the anode and the cathode compartments were obtained. The overall amount of PO production per unit of energy consumption was evaluated, and mechanism of paired electro-epoxidation of propylene is also proposed. |
