中文摘要 | 本研究以壙增及定序真菌核糖體基因轉錄區間(intcrnal transcribed spscer;ITS)的方式對於蘭共生菌(RO4)進行分類分群。RO4rONA之ITS1、5.8S及ITS2分另別有200 bp、155bp及269bp。 以ITS1比對基因庫中Rhizoctonia solani的各融合群,與AG-6(包括AG-6 HGI及AG-6 GV)有高達95%以上之同源性,而與其他融合群的同源性則低於89%。顯示以核糖體轉錄區間ITS1可有效區分多核絲核菌類之蘭共生菌的分類群。 |
英文摘要 | The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regon (ITS1, ITS2 and 5.8S rDNA) of the nuclear ribosomal DNA (nrDNA) of orchid mycorrhizal fungus (R04) was amplified via PCR. The complete sequencing of ITS of R04 showed 624 lop (ITS1 is 200 Op, 5.88 is 155 Op, ITS2 is 269 lop) . The identity of ITS1 between R04 and R. solani AG-6 was about 95%. The result indicated that the ITS1 could provide an additional method for distinguishing orchid mycorrhizal fungi of Rhizoctonia. |
