中文摘要 | 本研究主要是探討Polycarbonate(PC)藉由乾式及濕式相轉換法製備對稱及非對稱膜,應用在滲透蒸發(Pervaporation)及蒸氣透過(vapor permeation)的比較。研中發現高分子濃度變化對非對稱膜的滲透蒸發效能影響大於對稱膜。在不同濃度的進料下,比較其滲透蒸發及蒸氣透過兩種操作下的透過量及選擇比,發現前者具有較高透過量但選擇比較低。此外,研究中發現水分子於滲透蒸發及蒸氣透過分離過程中優先溶解進入膜內,同時優先擴散離開薄膜下表層。 |
英文摘要 | The pervaporation performance of the symmetric and asymmetric polycarbonate membranes, prepared via a dry phase inversion and wet phase inversion methods, respectively, were studied by measurement of the permeation rate and the separation factor. It was found that the effect of polymer concentration on the pervaporation performance for the symmetric polycarbonate membrane is olwer than that of the asymmetric polycarbonate membrane. In addition, compared with pervaporation, vapor permeation has a significantly increased separation factor with a decreased permeation rate for the symmetric polycarbonate membrane. Water molecules preferentially dissolve in the symmetric polycarbonate membrane and also predominantly diffuse through the membrane. |
