中文摘要 | 近年來我國小學師資培育的環境與制度快速變遷,在此即將邁入二十一世紀的關鍵 時刻,如何落實師資培育法,增進國小職前教師的科學教學知識,實為當前推行科學教育最 重要的課題。 本研究之主要目的,在於從如何培育國小教師自然科教學能力的觀點,來探討國小職前教師 的科學教學知識。參與本研究的教師,包括十二位國小職前教師和二十九位國小現職教師。 研究方法採用晤談及問卷調查法。 主要研究結果及建議如下:ぇ職前教師經過師資培育課程訓練後,對從事國小教學的意願有 增強的趨勢;え職前教師在修習「自然科教材教法」及「教育實習」課程之前,便具有相當 多的試教經驗,從職前教師所顯現的教學省思,會令人驚訝於職前教師所建構的教學經驗、 智慧、與科學教學知識內涵;ぉ職前教師對自然科教學方法與策略的學習有高度的需求,並 深切期盼「教育實習」課程能提前至師資培育課程的早期進行修習,使理論與實務能相輔相 成。 |
英文摘要 | Science teacher education at Teachers Colleges is facing an extreme challenge because the teacher education policy has changed recently in Taiwan. The purpose of this study was to investigate preservice elementary school teachers' science pedagogical content knowledge. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used in this study. Twelve preservice teachers and 29 elementary school teachers were participated in this study. The data were collected from interview and questionnaires. Result indicated that preservice teachers have developed their own science pedagogical content knowledge before science method course and student teaching is offered. In addition, preservice teachers suggested that student teaching should be offered by the early stage in the teacher preparation program. |
