中文摘要 | 本研究從臺北市八十六學年度一所自願申請評鑑的公立幼稚園參與幼稚園評鑑的經驗瞭解受評幼稚園如何經歷評鑑,並探討幼稚園評鑑如何影響受評幼稚園教學與保育的過程。本研究以質的研究方式,從幼稚園的角度來詮釋評鑑的實施。研究發現:(一)評鑑與評鑑委員的訪視對受評幼稚園產生衝擊,引發幼稚園在教學的反思與轉變;(二)稚幼園的轉變是持續而循環的,並非直線式的;(三)除了評鑑之外,還有其他因素促進受評幼稚園的轉變與成長,包括園長的領導模式與組織氣氛、園內教師的參與度、行政的支持、評鑑制度、幼稚園的體制,而言些因素對幼稚園成長與發展的影響符合生態系統理論的觀點。最後,從受評幼稚園的經驗,本研究提出有關幼稚園評鑑實務及研究的建議。 |
英文摘要 | The study, adopting a qualitative approach, describes a public kindergarten's experience of program evaluation conducted by the Taipei City Bureau of Education. The study focuses on the process of change and growth in teaching and care resulting from the evaluation system and the interactions between the evaluation and kindergarten personnel. The study has three major findings: (1) Program evaluation elicits three cycles of stimulus-reflection-action-for-change processes on the kindergarten during the 6-month period. (2) The process of change and growth resulting from the evaluation follows a continuous, spiral model, rather than a linear path. (3) Ecological factors play major roles in the change and growth, including the director's style of leadership and organizational climate (microsystem), support from the school (Mesosystem), evaluation system and its personnel (exosystem), and the culture of public kindergartens (macrosystem). From the experience of the kindergarten, shortcomings of the evaluation system are analyzed. Implications for the improvement of the evaluation system and for future research are discussed. |
