中文摘要 | 在本文中,提出一種應用於暫態穩定控制之改良型最佳目標策略之多組TCSC控制器。針對改良型最佳目標策略閘控串聯補償(Thyristor Controlled Series Compensator, TCSC)之控制器設計,本文亦是出一種降階模型以用於多機互連電子系統。而多組TCSC控制器之間的解耦設計亦可以很容易的利用此一降階模型加以設計完成。本文將所提出之控制器設計方法應用於裝有兩組TCSC之三區域六機之電力系統以達成衰減其區間振盪。控制器所有的迴授信號均可以由同步相量量測單元加以即時量測得到。由模擬結果可知,在系統有嚴重故障與工作點改變之下,此一基於降階模型設計之改良型最佳目標策略設計TCSC控制器,均可有效的衰減其間的暫態振盪並有相當的強健性。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, an improved optimal aim strategy (IOAS) for tuning multiple TCSC (Thyristor Controlled Series Compensator) for transient stability control is presented. For the IOAS based controller design, one reduced order model is also constructed for multimachine interconnected power systems, and decoupled control of multiple TCSC devices in the system could be easily obtained by using the proposed reduced order model. The approach is used to design two TCSC controllers for damping the interarea modes in a 3-area 6-machine test system after a severe fault. The feedback signals for the controller are synthesized from the real-time measurements of Phasor measurement units (PMUs). The simulation results show that the IOAS based TCSC controller based on the proposed reduced order model are robust and effective at damping transient stability swings in interconnected systems under various conditions including severe faults and a post-fault change in a network configuration. |
