中文摘要 | 本文提出一改善無量測器直接轉矩控制感應馬達驅動器低轉速性能的控制策略,首先使用參考模式適應控制(MRAS)來線上估測定子礡通估測法則中的定子電阻,並證明當驅動系統中控制器的定子電阻設定值大於馬達實際定子電阻時,所提出的適應性定子電阻估測可讓系統穩定。接著,提出一由適當選擇變頻器開關切換瞬間的轉矩漣波最小化方法來改善低速運轉性能。從模擬與實驗結果印證此一結合定子電阻估測與轉矩漣波最小化技術,能有效改善低速且負載運轉時的無量測器驅動系統性能。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper control strategies for improving the performance of a sensorless direct torque controlled induction motor drive are proposed. First, the stator resistance, which is used in the stator flux estimation algorithm, is estimated on-line using the model reference adaptive system (MRAS) approach. It is shown in the paper that the proposed adaptive stator resistance strategy can stabilize the motor control system, when the set value of the nominal stator resistance set vaule in the drive controller is larger than the actual stator resistance value of the motor. Next, a torque ripple minimization technique at low speed is proposed. This is achieved by properly selecting the switching instants of the inverter switches. Both simulations and experimental results show that the combined stator resistance estimation and torque ripple minimization techniques can effectively improve sensorless dirve performance at low speeds under loading conditions. |
